You can buy one from Binding here in Frankfurt but it is not Bavarian Oktoberfest beer obviously. I can buy the metal kegs from my Getrankt Markt no problem. I guarantee if you were to do any of these options you'd get a superior mill to NB one. Comparisons to a Corona Mill aren't exactly fair. Just like it wouldn't be fair to compare this to a Cereal Killer or Barley Crusher or whatever your favorite 100 house brand handcrank mill is. The steam options requires a large pot of boiling water and a false bottom. Put the grains in a large grain bag and set it aside. Then bring the pot to a boil. Once you had a strong boil going, place the bag over the steam rising from it for about a minute and a half. Then pulled the bag out, stir it a bit and quickly mill it.

First, loosen the two screws on the back of the mill with a phillips head screwdriver. It will only take about a quarter turn on these screws to free the rollers.
